100 & 50 Specifications

makes communicating easy.

Products in the DISPATCHWorks family integrate radio, telephone, E9-1-1, alert tone paging, Telecommunication Device for the Deaf (TDD) and Instant Recall Record (IRR) into a single system.

The Baker 100/50 may be configured for expansion up to four agent positions. Each system is custom configured to meet your individual requirements and is expandable by simply adding hardware. Each system is assembled, programmed and tested prior to delivery to the customer site, resulting in less time on-site.

Single Platform Technology

The DISPATCHWorks family of systems is the only that provides all communications from a single platform. As opposed to other systems that have attempted to connect disparate, and often proprietary systems, DISPATCHWorks is designed as a single communications platform using Microsoft Windows NT as its operating system, and standard interfaces for the connection of radio and telephone circuits. DISPATCHWorks is a truly integrated workstation that provides all your communications into a single user-friendly interface. Additionally, DISPATCHWorks is capable of integrating with other applications and/or systems, providing for the further integration of functions and applications.

Reliability through Redundancy

The Baker 100 is designed with complete redundancy of all critical components. This redundancy translates into complete reliability and fail-over due to component failures. In addition, there is no interruption to service when upgrades or expansions are added to the system.

The Baker 50 is a non-redundant system that utilizes the E9-1-1 Interceptor Box as the primary backup of E9-1-1 calls in the unlikely event of system failure.

Systems Integration

Because the Baker 100/50 resides on a single non-proprietary platform, it is possible to integrate and incorporate its functions into other systems such as your CAD and/or mapping system, resulting in increased efficiency and ease of operation. This is possible through industry-standard network communication protocols.

NENA Specifications

The DISPATCHWorks family of products meets or exceeds all specifications as set forth by the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) for reliability and survivability.
